We’ll get you set up on our system, likely ask some questions about the specific transportation and logistics services you require, and gather details about loads and timescales. We confirm the price, you provide an Order Number. Then, we start delivering for you. We will work proactively and efficiently with your whole team to provide high quality logistics and supply chain management, from your Managing Director to your Finance Department. Yet for many of our repeat customers, contact can be as simple as: “Please collect a full load of empty IBC’s on this date” - and we do the rest.
You can count on us at every step: when you have a Proof of Delivery (POD), consignment note or waste transfer note, both our driver and the customer will provide a signature, for full traceability and transparency in paperwork.
After a job is completed, we’re here if you’d like to tell us how it went and if there’s anything that can be improved upon for next time.
